In order to provide you with the best possible support during your application process and integration at EM Normandie, several services are available to assist you. Below you will find the key contacts you need to know for any questions or specific requirements:

• Registrations Department:
  Do you have a question about your enrolment file, the documents you need to provide or a procedure you need to complete before the start of the academic year? The Enrolment Unit team is here to help and guide you.

• The HUB – Student Services:
  The HUB is your main point of contact for any questions related to your studies: academic registration, transcripts, absences or requests for official documents.

  If you have any questions about paying tuition fees, setting up a payment schedule or the financial aid available, the Finance Department is here to help.

  Because your well-being is essential, the Wellness Service provides confidential support for any personal situation, including disability, educational or exam accommodations, health issues, or support related to identity issues (LGBTQIA+). Wellness advisors are available on each campus to offer personalised and compassionate support.

  Are you looking for accommodation near your campus? Do you need more information about student residences, financial aid or flat-sharing options?

  If you experience technical problems, difficulty accessing educational platforms, forgotten passwords or malfunctions in your digital environment, the Help Desk is here to assist you.
