Terms of payment and funding
To help you pay your tuition fees as smoothly as possible, EM Normandie offers a range of payment options to suit every situation.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Direct debit is available only for bank accounts held in the SEPA zone. If you do not have a bank account in this zone, you must select the “Bank Transfer” payment method.
Direct debit payment options must be set up by September 10.
EM Normandie offers several payment options:
Direct debit :
- In one payment: the full annual fee is debited in September
- In five instalments: payments in September, November, January, March and May
The bank transfer :
- In one payment: transfer of the full annual fee in September

CURRICULUM and CYCLEs: definition and duration
CURRICULUM: Group of studies and training chosen by the Student in a general defined Cycle concluded by a degree.
CYCLE: a cycle is the necessary number of years for each program. The PGE program is made of two cycles (Undergraduate + Graduate).
- Programme Grande Ecole (PGE): 5 years (PGE Undergraduate: 3 years/PGE Graduate: 2 years)
- Mastere spécialisé (MS)/Master of science (MSc): 1 year
- Master of Science DESMI (Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées en Management International): 1 or 2 years according to the EMN admission prerequisites
- Bachelor Management International (BMI): 3 years
- Bachelor in Management (BM): 3 years
- International Bachelor in Business Administration (IBBA): 4 years
*The Student has the possibility to join the current Curriculum with access:
- in U3 for the PGE. The Student then commits to continue the Curriculum for the whole of the remaining 3 years, which is one year in Undergraduate and two years in Graduate;
- in M1 for the PGE. The Student then commits to continue the Curriculum for the whole of the remaining 2 years of the Graduate program;
** BMI accessible only in the 3rd year, for one year.
- For Students entering the first year of the PGE Program at the academic year starting in January, the pedagogical methods will be adapted to the specific model for this session.
payment of the deposit
To complete your registration, you must pay the deposit.
Go to the portal and follow the registration process:
- On the payment page, click on the red payment link.
- You will be redirected to Flywire, the international payment platform used by EM Normandie. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card
- Keep your payment receipt: Flywire will send you a confirmation email; please check your spam folder if necessary.
- Processing time: 1 to 4 working days before the payment is processed and confirmed.
Guarantee
The guarantee form is mandatory. It identifies a guarantor who will cover the costs in the event of non-payment by the student. Here are the steps to follow:
🔹Download the document “Guarantee Form” using the following link:
🔹Print it out and have it completed BY HAND AND LEGIBLY by the person acting as guarantor: all information must be filled in and the mandatory handwritten statement must be copied out.
🔹Submit the dated and signed document, along with the guarantor’s supporting documents, in the designated section.
Alternative option: provide a bank guarantee (on first demand).
